Delete your account

You can request to delete your account by sending an email to servicedesk@mobilityconcept.nl. We will then process your request, inform your employer about this request and check whether there are no (legal) objections to deleting your account. If there are no objections to deleting your account, it will be deleted within 10 working days and we will inform you about this. We will then delete the following data:

• Your account details
• Your declarations
• Your travel and booking details

If there are any (legal) objections, we will inform you about this.
