How carpooling works via the app
Using the carpool feature in the app, employees can easily find a carpool partner. As soon as there's a match, they receive a notification. They then get in touch and arrange the details. If they decide to travel together, they simply register their carpool journey in the mobility app. This makes travelling together not only possible, but also simple to manage administratively.
Allowances managed automatically
As an employer, you decide how carpooling is reimbursed. Employees register their journeys, and the reimbursements are automatically calculated and processed via the platform, fully in line with your policy. HR or Finance has no extra work to do.
